Our machines knit faster than other machines, such as industrial machines. They have a higher speed, making them more efficient. Although they may be slightly heavier, their stability is greatly enhanced, resulting in a longer lifetime compared to other machines that work with lower speed.

The soft and hardware of our machines run in thousands of machines, ensuring their stability and maturity. In contrast, other machines’ soft and hardware are produced in small quantities, which poses a higher risk of instability and bugs. They also require more time to be ready for use.

Most of the parts used in our machines are running in thousands of machines because we utilize parts from industrial machines. By making our machines smaller than big industrial machines, we achieve higher precision in their construction. On the other hand, machines produced in small lots lack sufficient testing and expertise, leading to lower precision.

Our machines are built in China by one of the main producers of flat knitting machines, which has a wealth of experience in producing over 100,000 knitting machines of various gauges. This extensive experience allows us to provide machines in all gauges. In contrast, other machines only connect parts in Europe and lack the same level of expertise. Additionally, most of the parts used in other machines come from China as well.

Our BIG 1 (Single system) and BIG 2 (Double system) machines have a larger needlebed of 130 cm, enabling the knitting of big sizes and men’s garments. This is advantageous compared to other machines that typically have a needlebed of only 90 cm, limiting their production capabilities for larger sizes.

Our machines offer nearly unlimited possibilities for pattern creation and design. The programming and design system is easy and fast, allowing for the efficient creation and drawing of patterns regardless of their width or height. The use of subroutines/modules facilitates quick and simple changes, taking only minutes. In contrast, programming and knitting large patterns on other machines are often complicated, time-consuming, and require course-by-course programming, reflecting outdated practices.

We provide extensive knowledge transfer to our customers, ensuring they benefit from our expertise in electronic knitting machines and real industrial production. This sets us apart from smaller communities that lack in-depth knowledge and experience in these areas.

Our machines allow for the use of more cones and yarns. With additional upper and side tension and yarn carriers, customers can easily incorporate multiple colors and cones into their knitting projects. Other machines often lack sufficient space for many cones and have fewer upper and side tensions.

Left and right side yarn rollers are available on our machines. This feature allows the yarn to run without tension in the yarn carrier, promoting smoother operation. In contrast, other machines do not offer yarn rollers, resulting in less efficient yarn handling.

Our machines can knit intarsia patterns, enabling intricate designs and size changes, including fully fashioned patterns, in just a few minutes. Other machines may struggle with intarsia patterns and take a long time to make size and shape changes.

Our machines feature a large screen for easy and fast adjustment of all settings. In contrast, other machines have small screens, making the handling laborious and the settings difficult to see.

Our machines offer 128 different addresses for stitch length, takedown, and speed. Each address allows precise setting of the desired value. Conversely, other machines have only a few limited settings, making it challenging to achieve optimal yarn and machine settings for good and precise knitting.

Left and right side yarn grippers and cutters are available on our BIG 1 and BIG 2 machines, enhancing the knitting process. Other machines lack this feature.

Our takedown system ensures the fabric is transported equally and neatly, resulting in a high-quality finish. In contrast, other machines may have a takedown system that compromises the fabric’s appearance and texture.

BIG 1 and BIG 2 machines can be delivered with a comb, eliminating the need to knit 10-15 cm of waste yarn before starting the next fabric. Other machines do not have this option, resulting in wasted yarn.

We offer a wide range of machine options in nearly any gauge and needlebed width. This provides customers with more flexibility and choice compared to machines with limited gauge and type options.
